November 29th at 7:00pm

Did you know that the American celebration of Thanksgiving is based on a biblical Jewish festival? Plymouth Plantation Christians sought a spiritual foundation for their 1621 thanksgiving festival.  They took their inspiration from the Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot) given by God to Israel almost 3,500 years ago.  On Wednesday night, November 29, at 7:00 PM, Tuvya Zaretsky of Jews for Jesus will present Christ in the Feast of Tabernacles.  Utilizing a small traditional Sukkah (booth), he will describe the origin and elements of the feast from the Book of Leviticus.  Then, using actual elements of the festival, he will show how Jesus celebrated and fulfills the Feast of Tabernacles.  It’s a perfect opportunity to invite your friends! There will be childcare for 4yrs old and younger. Please contact the office or indicate on your communication card if you will be attending.

Operation Christmas Child

CCF is partnering with Samaritan's Purse to fill shoeboxes with gifts and hygiene items to send to children around the world.  This ministry is not just about giving material items because every child who receives a box also hears the life changing Gospel.  Please join us by packing a box (or two) and bringing it in to the church by Sunday, November 19th.  Please visit the table in the back and pick up a box (you can also use your own) and a brochure.  You need one brochure for each box you pack.  If you have any questions please email Amy Meredith,

Social Suppers

Social Suppers. We will be offering monthly “Social Suppers” where each of you can sign-up (individually or in groups) for a home-cooked lunch or dinner in the home of a CCF family (along with other CCF’ers of all ages). Our goal is to connect each of you with other members of the CCF family of various ages and places in life. These meals will provide an opportunity to get to know others in the church, to eat, hang-out, play games, talk, and even watch football. Our prayer is that these “Suppers” will bond our church together like never before, and be a lot of fun. The first social supper will take place the first week of November so keep an eye out for sign ups in mid October.

College Student Adoption

Student Adoption. We are ramping up our Student Adoption program. This program connects college students with CCF families (carefully chosen and matched within our office). These families then provide encouragement, support, friendship, and a place for students and families to connect. We have had so many great experiences with student adoptions and we look forward to connecting many of you (who are not already connected) to great families. If you are interested, please email:
